RSB Transmissions acquires Setco Auto Systems

RSB Transmissions has acquired a majority stake in clutch systems manufacturer Setco Auto Systems for ₹185 crore, with plans to complete a full buyout in FY27 to scale its commercial vehicle portfolio.
