Punjab to get automated testing stations for heavy vehicles

Automated vehicle testing stations are launching soon to replace manual inspections for heavy goods and passenger vehicles. These stations will automate tests on 23 parameters, improving accuracy and reducing potential corruption. Testing is mandatory for commercial vehicles after 15 years, with certificates valid for up to two years.
