HP to roll out vintage vehicle registration, boost digital automation

Himachal Pradesh is set to introduce special registration for vintage vehicles and is accelerating digital automation across its transport sector. The reforms also include policy changes for commercial vehicles and the expansion of Automatic Testing Stations.
