As part of the final stage of the 1:1 demerger scheme, TML Commercial Vehicles Limited is renamed to Tata Motors Limited ahead of its listing on BSE and NSE which is likely to be anytime in November. This comes after the original Tata Motors changed its scrip to a passenger vehicle unit called Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited.
