India's EV market expands in Oct; Tata leads in surging PV, CV sales

India's EV market expanded in Oct 2025, with passenger vehicles growing 57.5% and commercial vehicles 105.9% year-over-year. Two- and three-wheeler growth was modest. Tata Motors led the PV and CV segments.
