Tata Motors Demerger: When Will Commercial Vehicles Shares Start Trading?

Tata Motors has completed its demerger, creating Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Ltd (TMLCV). Shareholders have received shares in a 1:1 ratio. Trading in TMLCV shares is expected to begin by late November 2025, pending stock exchange approvals.
